I am thrilled for my buyers who just closed on this beautiful home in Coral Gables!  This transaction was a unique one, where all parties had open communication throughout the process.  Although most agents loathe contact between the seller and buyer while the sale is pending (as it can often create more problems), sometimes it’s the only way to get the deal done! In this case, the parties realized they were business acquaintances which made the seller more comfortable and allowed them to “speak their own language” and reach a deal.  Ultimately, everyone walked away happy!

Congratulations to my buyers who just closed on this gorgeous townhouse in center Coconut Grove! This was a very special transaction – not only did it mark my clients’ first home purchase, but it is also the home where they will raise their first child, a beautiful baby girl who was born only a few weeks before the closing!
