A New Year, A New Journey!

With 2014 just upon us, I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve joined Avatar Real Estate Services, a preferred boutique luxury real estate brokerage in South Florida. I’ll be working with the Marilyn Cromer Team, a top producer in Miami-Dade County.  I’m excited to see where this new journey leads me in the new year; it’s only been a couple weeks, but I’m already loving my new real estate “family”!

In the top photo and slideshow below, I’ve featured a gorgeous listing at the Skyline on Brickell (unit #3304) for $899,900.  The Skyline is a great building located at the southern end of Brickell Avenue and was completed in 2004.  Although this particular unit is technically a 3 bedroom, the owner converted into a 2 bedroom to create more living space (but it could be converted back into 3).  It has 3 full bathrooms, 1,762 sf of living space and a total of nearly 2,000 sf including the balconies.  The unit has expansive direct ocean views, high ceilings with Venetian stucco finish, floor-to-ceiling windows, custom closets, stone texture accents, modern vanities/sinks,  and 24×48 porcelain tile flooring throughout.
